• The maximum period for changes and returns is 15 calendar days from the date the customer receives their order.
• All orders placed from November 15, 2022 may have changes and returns until January 15, 2023 for the Christmas campaign . 

• Changes: The first change is free as long as the initial order is equal to or greater than €70. From the second change the costs will be €4.95 VAT included, destined for transport costs. Make Change

All changes of items with an initial order of less than €70 will have a cost of €4.95 including VAT, destined for transport costs.

• Returns: All returns will have a cost of €4.95 including VAT, destined for transport costs. Make Return.     Or you can send them on your own through any means to the address C/ Burma local 8, 41020 Sevilla.

• Remember: The item must be in perfect condition and packed in the box that we provide (or a similar one) as it was delivered, without having been used and with its corresponding boxes, labels, extra cords, etc. Otherwise, it may be penalize up to 100% of the item’s value.

Other destinations.
